Think twice when buying from Makro Springfield

I bought a Samsung tv with extended warranty and the tv broke within the warranty period and Makro`s returns staff are rude lairs and incompetent they dont return calls and say they never spoke to you further more they dont follow up with the repair center and inform you whats going on my tv is with them since 12/05/2013 and they keep passing the buck on a guy named Neo from thier head office i have to call almost every day only to be told they waiting for Neo from h/o why sell the product when they cant give the service both Samsung and extended products i bought the extra warranty for peace of mind but i should have gone elsewhere even when booking the tv in Jackie one of the returns staff was rude and thought my problem was a joke by giggling the other staff member was Angela i spoke to her on Sunday and promised to help me but come Monday no call from her i left a msg to call me and still didnt i called her and she said she didnt work on Sunday even Wendy the retuns manager passes the buck every time i call her.i wont be supporting this retail bully with staff that have attitude to match.return ref no 2147557
