I was at shoprite on Saturday buying bread, the store was full and i went to kiosk to pay there, kiosk was full but not that much.i cured there and guess what that lady saw me on the Que she did not say anything until i get to the pay point and she told me that this is not the place to pay with attitude.i went back to start another Que suprucinly she helped someone else paying 2kg chicken and some other staff.like i sad i like shoprite and im a loyal customer but been treated like that i dont thing i deserve that.i deserve a quality customer service.
