I went to buy groceries in Shoprite Mamelodi on the 21st of July 2013. I was helped by a cashier named Ruth and there was a till packer whichi did not have a name tag. After packing my things, she left them at the counter and was not put in the trolley. i then asked the cashier who will put my things in the trolly and she said she doesn't know, I asked what she meant and she said just that and started helping other customers. As I called in the manager, the packer came back, screamed and said that I should pack the goods myself which I then told her that I don't work at Shoprite and it's not my duty to do so. She said my goods are heavy and I told her she must ask one of her colleagues. I said to her that at my workplace I do what I am supposed to do, she back chat telling me that's not my workplace and actually those are my groceries. I'm really not happy with the service especially in the Shoprite in Mamelodi. I often find myself walking out of their door not happpy at all. Their service is really poor!!! I would like for their management to take note of our complaints and take them to customer service trainings.
