I took my SAMSUNG TV in for repairs on Saturday 27 April. It was a tiny job as the only thing that needed to be done was replace the RF, I was told that since it was such a minor repair it would probably be a week. It is now 1 MONTH since my TV has been away for repair. I take exceptionally good care of my belongings. If there is so much as a scratch on the set, you will be replacing it. WHAT IS GOING ON? What is taking so long? Not even ONE phone call to me to explain the delay and to apologise. Disgusting!
