Returned a dress with a defect in February and Thobile Mkhize was to check with Head Office for stock. Since that time there has been no follow up, no communication from her. I have been to the Store more than 10 times and each time in promised a follow up from Head Office. To make matters worse Thobile Mkhize treated me with the most terrible attitude and in the condescending manner. She claimed Head Office is in meetings. I have never been treated with such disdain and disrespect when the Store is the one at fault. If this is the way Thobile treats her customers then they have lost a highly buying customer in me
