I noticed that a KIC fridge that i bought from Game, in April, was not working properly. I called Game with the details of my complaint and was told that a service call was gonna be logged with Whirlpool SA. The following day I received a confirmation SMS from Whirlpool in this regard, and was told that my service call would be attended to within 8 working hours. Days have passed and I have yet to get my appliance checked, let alone repaired. I have been calling their Call Centre everyday, but nobody is coming to my rescue. I have food that has gone off, airtime being wasted calling them, and just mere frustration at being totally ignored!
