Extremely disappointed

Hi whirlpool took my convection oven 5 times in 3 weeks and brought it back each time still broken, when calling the call centre and spending R300 plus on calling credit they still don't call me back and now I'm still stuck with a broken appliance. They refuse to assist. I have babies and children and I'm in dire need of my appliance. Very disappointed and still stuck...
