Last year my KIC fridge stopped working a month after the guarantee was up. Whirlpool then sent a technician out who then repaired my fridge. Six months down the line and the fridge has stopped working again. I then called Whirlpool and spoke to the manager Allan who advised me that I have to pay the call out fee which I was not happy about as the fridge should not have a 2 year life span. I am utterly disgusted with the service I have received from Whirlpool and have had a horrible experience with them. They sold a defective product to me which was SUPPOSEDLY BRAND NEW! Your company supplies POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS and your CUSTOMER SERVICE is HORRIFYING! I will be spreading the word to friends and family to keep away from KIC and WHIRLPOOL products as they only have a 2 year life span! I don't see why I have to pay a call out fee as that fridge should have been replaced and not repaired when it stopped working last year! You need to send a technician out to remove your DEFECTIVE PRODUCT from my home and REFUND MY MONEY I paid for that fridge!! You just LOST a CUSTOMER and will be LOSING more customers after I SPREAD the word about your products!!!
