I bought a fridge/freezer from Game but the fridge part froze all the content of the fridge. I contacted Game who immediately contacted Andy Luyt from Whirlpool who in turn immediately contacted me to make arrangements for meeting me to investigate the issue.
Andy made an appointment for 8 the following day and he arrived on the agreed time, immediately identified the problem and fixed it immediately.
Compliments to Andy Luyt and Whirlpool for going out of their way to resolve this issue within 8 hours of the issue being raised at the retailer.
