I am extremely appauled by the service I got from Bradlows Rustenburg! I wanted to surprise my mom and by her a bed for Mothers' Day, i went to Bradlows in Rustenburg and got the bed and asked for it to delivered in Johannesburg Soweto. The salesman promised to have it delivered on the friday before Mothers' day. Trust a salesman to keep to his promise. This did not happen. I alerted him and he did nothing about it. On Monday nothing happened regarding my delivery instead i was the one calling endlessly trying to find when they planning to deliver. I then decided to take it up with the Branch manager and asked her to assist with the delivery. She also tried but failed to deliver at the end of the day. I spoke to the regional manager and he promised to sort out the matter but it doesn't seem like he is much help. I am still calling endlessly and noone can help me. I really wanted to surprise my mom and they managed to ruin it for me. Bradlows Rustenburg has no customer service!!! i dont know why i haven't cancelled the order.
