On Friday the 23rd May 2013 at 12:35, I paid for shopping at PnP Table View. My credit card was swiped and I got an SMS saying that the R741 had been deducted from my bank account. The cashier then said I must swipe again and I said I want the manager. The manager said this happens sometimes. I then had to swipe again for R741. This is unacceptable! the manager told me that I must come back in 7 days if the money hasn't been refunded. Firstly if thes is a problem that normally happens why don't PnP sort it out. Secondly why must I wait 7 days for my money when its PnP's mistake? The staff were arrogant and acted like this is a normal occurence and I must just accept it. My till slip no. is 028859 3124 812253 15. I used to shop at Checkers but now I moved to PnP becasue of Discovery and Viatality but now I'm going to go back to Checkers becasue at least at Checkers I dont have to pay for shopping twice!
