We go to Checkers Hyper at Centurion Mall monthly for our shopping for the last couple of years. We have never had a friendly cashier or staff member, they are so rude and unhelpful. Usually they all stand in the middle and chat, the one even had headphones in her ears and were listening to music, or lately they all play with the toy's on display for Christmas and making a huge noise or playing their own music over the portable radio's for sale. I have never seen a manager in the aisle's only when there is a problem with products that has been priced wrongly do they come to the cashiers, other than that you do not see them at all, no wonder the staff do as they please!!! We went there last week Thursday and there were 4 men hanging around in the aisles begging for food or money and when you say no they keep on following you and would pick up something and say it is too expensive and just look at you. We felt so unsafe and this is totally unacceptable!! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE CENTURION MALL SHOP ASAP!!! NOT A PLEASANT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!! We are looking at other places to go do our shopping as this Checkers is a HUGE letdown!!
