I have now attempted THREE times to organise a pair of black ankle boots, foldover top, laced.
First was through the Fashion Hotline a MONTH ago. Then I went into my local store (Longbeach) and was told there was no record of my Hotline request on their system but she would find out and get back to me. (I'm still waiting). I then phoned the Hotline a second time to see if there was anything new in the system - nothing.
Very disappointing! I am now looking elsewhere.
