Bought a pair of shoes from the store, lasted me 8 months. Soles started to crack. Took the shoes back to the East London branch and manager told me that shoes only have a 6 month guarantee!! Called the helpline, ended up at Ackermans and lady noted the call and promised to call me back with feedback, still waiting. Will never buy shoes from this horrible company again!!!
