I was retrenched on the 31.12.12, provided all relevant documentation, i had to go into a store for more than 4 occations as according to Mr. P accounts department they have not received my documentation. After continuously contacting Mr price, i was then informed that i will be notified by the end of march as my account will be frozen for 3months while claim is being processed. No notification was ever made with me in regards to the claim, on the 17 MAY 2013 i then received a very threatening sms to say my account is in arrears for 2months, HOW THE CAN THAT BE? when i made contact with the call centre no one could tell me whats going on and i was refused a manager. NO ONE EVEN HAD THE DECENCY TO CALL ME BACK AND EXPLAIN THE SITUATION.AS FAR AS I AM AWARE THIS POLICY SHOULD HAVE COVERED MY BALANCE AS PER THE T&C's THE COVER IS UPTO R18.000- R20.000... or R20000... Mr. Price is in BREACH OF CONTRACT
