This is the worst service ever!!! After ordering and paying for an extended length queen bed on 28 March 2013 they only delivered the bed in the middle April and then it was the wrong size.!!! Then after no nresponse from them and complaining the Hellopeter I was eventually told that the correct size mattress would be delivered yesterday 22 May. No delivery and no phone call to explain. I was also told by customer service they would phone me today to find out if I received the mattress. No phone call from customer service either. Should have gone with my first decision to cancel the order and make them refund my money. Extremely angry and annoyed!!!
