I have been trying this whole week to close by paid up credit card account (Clicks Clubcard Credit Card Account). I was told on Monday that I can only close on Tuesday. Then on Tuesday I saw that I could close it and spoke to a consultant saying that I have to send an e-mail. This was duly done on Tuesday. I still do not have an acknowledgment of receipt of my e-mail - never mind a confirmation that my account has been closed. This is such bad service!
