On the 8th of May 2013 I submitted a complaint, I was promised that the couch will be collected and repaired. To date I am still waiting for the couch to be collected. I am tired of waiting. All I want is my money back. Please let me know as soon as the refund is processed in order for collection to be arranged. I am disappointed in the way this matter has been handled. What else am I supposed to do???
