I was looking for a couch since I was moving house. I saw a couch I liked at Mega Couch and Mattress and asked if I could get it, but in a different material, this was on 25 May. They agreed and asked that I pay deposit on the Monday, 27 May, which I did. I was told I would receive the couch 4-6 weeks later. I have been following up since and all I get are requests to be patient and that I will eventually get my couch as I am not the only one waiting for their couch. Then I got told that it's actually 6-8 weeks and I should wait longer. I got shouted at today for asking for a refund by a lady called Edith after I enquired as to why they had not got back to my calls or emails. They still have not come back to me with a date for when they will deliver and I would much rather I got my money back and went elsewhere.
