On the 4/6/2013 i registered a claim with customer care - for a leather couch with a 10 year guarantee on workmanship. The stitching has come loose and the arm rest has collapsed - it is now 17/7 and a week without a couch and still no authorisation has been given through to Diaz's / Dias's to start repairs. When the couch was collected 9/7 i was told that i would have the couch back by Friday or Saturday 13/7 latest - When i phoned Saturday through to person responsible for collection of the couch i was told NO they still waiting for authorisation from Furniture City Boksburg and i must deal with them.???
i have spoken to the Branch Manager at Furniture city Boksburg - he didn't't even bother to come back to me.
Currently i'm dealing with Thandi - who is trying to be help full - but Arther doest't know what Mather is doing.
there is always excuses about paper work and people not at work - DONT DARE TO GET FRUSTRATED OR INPATIENT WITH THEM - I came to the conclusion don't buy from Furniture City Boksburg. it not worth the furstration
