Edgars don't respond - do they care???

Last week I placed a query on Edgars website and got an immediate automated response saying that they would get back to me... reference number is 1935506/20130518/S.G.N
I am still waiting!

This is in conjunction with my suggestion posted at the Clearwater branch on the computers at the queues almost 2 months ago... same request... No response...
