In December 2012 my wife spoke to Melisa Govender to remove all value added services from her cell no. This month she got an account for R390 for 2 cellphone lines that are both on top up and should be only R265.
When she phoned them this morning they said the extra money is for value added services. They gave us a ref no this morning and said they removed it now, but they can't do anything about the R125 a had to pay extra.
