Hidden costs on my account

My name is Samuel Matane. Edcon, Jet my balance on my monthly statements is not moving at all. Despide the amount of money paid. When i investigated the matter that is when i realised that they have added a funeral top up policy in my account which i never agreed to. This policy does not even appear in my monthly statements and it is always making my balance to go back to where it was before i paid. The account protection plan amount is not the same as the one that appears in my statements. I am charged twice monthly and these charges do not appear in my monthly statement send to me. Their collections department sent me a detailed statement which clearly shows these discrapancies. I have communicated with them on many occasions and they have failed to assist me. Instead they have listed me at Credit Berua as a slow payer. One of the consultants tried to trick me into cancelling the policy they added and he explained that the money added into the account cannot be reversed. How do i pay an account witi hidden costs which does not seem to decrease no matter the amount. I have documents that can fully prove my claims. I am being unfairly treated by Edcon. To date no one has assisted.
