I bought a LG direct drive washing machine at game Kenilworth on the 19th June, the day after the sale ended, so the salesmen managed to get it for me at the previous days sale price on condition that I wait 2-3 weeks for the machine because they had no stock. I was in desperate need of a machine, but I decided to take the deal and wait the 3 weeks because I got it at a good price. So 3 weeks later I follow up on my order and now I am told that I need to wait another 3 weeks for my machine because they didn't receive the stock yet because the order was only accepted now from LG, how is that my problem? OR I can take the display unit!! I done my part, I paid for a NEW unit and I patiently waited for 3 weeks to receive it. Now you telling me I cannot receive it and have to wait another 3 weeks!!! Are you kidding!!! Is this how you do business? This is unacceptable and wrong!!! And I don't want an apology for the inconvenience caused because it is a major inconvenience!!!
