I bought a Samsung 8 kg top loader washing machine on Saturday the 13/04/2013. I only opened it yesterday wanting to do my laundry, only to find out that the metal at the bottom its cut off from the machine. I know they were trying to help as they told me that; that was only one left, and i can wait for the next stock to come only Tuesday, and i said i am not leaving without it and i took it with me. May they had a reason for not wanting to give me that machine. I can't take something damaged.
