I opened an account on the 5th of May 2013 i was handed vouchers and was tols that they are all stil valid.
Now when i would like to buy something for over R2000 they have said no you can not use the voucher. I have been put on hold for the last 30min when contacting customer service. Please explain how you can hand out vouchers that have already expiered. I then get told I cannot use the voucher at a CNA When it clearly says you can.
