I would like to comend Bernice Mofokeng and Florah Sibiya for their excellent customer service skills. They ensured that they met my expectations yesterday and for that I truly hope they are recognised and rewarded for the contribution to holding Edgars name high. After all my bad experiences at Edgars with the staff it really does delight me that there is still some employees who go beyond the call of duty to assist a customer.
