I wanted to buy a Nania carseat from Reggies Carnival Mall today, if you are a Vitality member you get disocunt vouchers and one of them is discount on the Nania car seat. They refused to accept my discount voucher as I did not have the original letter, which I had to hand in to get the vouchers, with me. The vouchers do not state that I have to have this letter on me all the time whenever I want to use the voucher - and seeing as the voucher is valid for 3 years, do I need to carry around a letter for 3 years??? I am appaled at the service I received. The Nania car seat is never in stock and now when I wanted to buy the very last one in the store they refused to accept my Discovery voucher.
