Account settled, waiting on debit order refunds

I purchased 2 items at Ok. I settled my accounts as it was 2 accounts I paid an amount & used both account numbers on my reference for payments. the same month debit order went off, next month 28th June another debit order was deducted. I then called them and was told that they thought only 1 account was settled. which was strange because the one account was only R2689, and I paid an amount of R5863. I was asked for the settlement letters, but later told it was ok as they found it. I called again Wednesday 3 July and spoke to Mary Anne the supervisor who assured me it will be sorted and she will get back to me, it is 08 July & I still have not heard anything from Mary Anne since 03 July. I want my money to be paid back to me today!!!
