I would like to express my severe disappointment, bordering on disgust at the lack of service from the makeup assistants from the store in Sandton City. We went into the makeup section on the 17/05/2013 and required assistance from the Estee Lauder lady as needed a base which would blend in with the colour of my skin. The lady on duty ignored us said she was busy with another customer with an attitude and we must wait for her, we waited for over 45mins while the lady was having a good old chat with the client she was supposedly busy with and this was not the first time that we received this disgusting service from the makeup assistants in the abovementioned store. We compared the service we received in KZN from the makeup assistants and maybe you guys need to send them to those stores to learn how to treat and service their clients. I work in the customer service industry and I hate being ignored as a client. She lost out on a sale from us for approximately R 3, 000.00 as we were also looking for different creams and the face powders to go with the base, we will never go to that store again and rather take our business to a store where we are appreciated as clien
