I had a Bradlows account and settled the acc on the 22nd of August 2013 however their call centre agents are calling me everyday saying I'm in arreas amd I told them that the acc is settled but according to them their accounts updates after 5 working days and I also receive messages asking me to phone to make arrangement regarding my acc and I settled it bacause I had a debit order but they still called me saying my acc was in arreas even after debiting my acc. I feel this is ridiculous and also reflect bad on itc record as it appears like I'm a bad payer.
