Wesbank, I have called 2 times to try to get you to reverse the debit order that went through in my account. And your agents told me the reverse has been made, I should have received my money by Thursday. Looking at my closed Wesbank account transactions, it is quite evident that the amount has not been PAID / Reversed. Please pay the debit order that went in my account even though my account is SETTLED way before the debit order was processed.
Pay my money immediately (IMMEDIATE PAYMENT) as I have waited a long time already. I want my money to reflect in my account today (31 Jan 2014). You should not have submitted the debit order in the first place.
