I bought a Samsung washing machine from game in June after I got married. After having it for about a month, it started leaking all over the floor. After multiple calls the the Game branch in the Kenilworth Centre (where I had originally bought it) I was told that Samsung had to handle the repairs and that Samsung would contact me.
I have not been contacted by anyone to date and now when I call Game, they have no recollection of my original phone call. I find this lack of service and level of disorganisation shocking. Especially in a store that I used to frequent. I cannot see myself returning n future if this is the level of service that I can expect.
