Bad: After Care service

I bought n Lenovo NB575 E 30 C for R3400.00 from them in December 2012 with 12 month gaurantee. I closed it one evening and following morning only four letters in n row were not working, took it to them and recieved reciept from them stating no visible damage few minor very fine scratches hardly visible to naked eye on top of the keyboard, they stated that they would send it to Lenovo and sent it back with n report from a independent company saying water damage? And n repair Quote, demanded it be sent to Lenovo and not private company again sent it and same report and an even larger quote, laptop has not been sent to Lenovo returned to me saying i must get a independent report at my cost. How can four keys in straight line have water damage and none surrounding them (Water runs) it is the ribbons not connecting. This computer has never been opened by anyone an attempt was made and they severely cracked casing at the back and closed it they acknowledge this their fault but say will deal with it when i bring my reports no one wants to touch it as they broke the casing and is under guarantee, they have been informed but want my report first on water. They must honour guarantee only.
