PSPA (Privat school procurement assist) is the SOLE provider of school clothes for my children's school (Curro Hazeldean) In January I ordered clothes online after struggling to register and submitting my payment, my payment via credit card was refused, when I phone to ask why, the web site administrator told me "o the credit card facility is faulty, please use EFT" Which involved re doing my entire order including all delivery addresses. The website also inherently unsecure, with bizarre passwords sent in plain email to parents with no facility to change them or update details as well as there be no logout mechanism. The web site is also programmed in such a way as to circumnavigate the browsers normal way of storing passwords as well as 1password login app, necessitating one to write them down!!! An email to this effect was sent to Mr Jan Burger jan@mabau on the 14th of January to which he never bothered to reply of fix any of the website anomalies. Please help
