CURRO - worst service in SA!

My son goes to a CURRO private school. In order to buy stationary and uniforms we have to use their online system to order stuff. Firstly their system is poor and I could not order online. I called their call centre and had to wait 55 minutes and then the call drops. Eventually after calling a few times and wasting more than 3 hours waiting on the phone I managed to get through and processed my order. There was no order number nor did I get an email confirming anything. I was told that it would take up to 48 hours for the stuff to be delivered. After waiting 3 days nothing was delivered. I sent an email to the school and relevant parties and did not get any response. I sent 2 more emails and got no response. I tried to call the call centre and after waiting for 3 hours I managed to get through and to my amazement they tell me that they have 4 people taking calls for the whole group. The lady promised me that they will deliver my order the next day (14Jan14) I did not get the delivery as promised. I mailed them again and did not get any response. My son had to go to school with no stationary. I called again and eventually got my order which was wrong. What do I do now?
