After placing a stationary order and paying upfront for it all on 7 January 2014 it took almost a week to get the confirmation of the order. The confirmation was a simple SMS message, of which I received two, to state that my order will be delivered within 48 hours. I eagerly awaited delivery on 14 or 15 January. It never happened. I gathered that it was the beginning of the school year and that delivery might take a tad longer because of the heavy demand. A week later I enquired with the delivery company why my stationary packs were not delivered, and the answer I got was simply that my order did not exist and has never leaved the warehouse floor!? To me it seems to send a SMS which guarantees delivery but there is no good to deliver.
Bennie Botes eventually tried to assist in the matter and promised same day delivery on 20 January 2014. That also never happened. At long last I received a parcel on 21 January 2014. And as I expected it was the wrong stationary pack. Instead of sending stationary for SP3 (pre-school) I received a box full of books marked Grade 3!
