PSPA is not professional and i can not believe private schools are using them, they are rude and inefficient. They short delivered skirts for my daughter starting a new school, Battled to get a hold of them (20 Calls which averaged out to a 25 minute delay) Today i held on for 1hour 30 minutes to get through to anyone.i have spoken to Stephan, Belinda (x2), Karlien (x4) times an no one know what is going on, i have emailed and followed up but still no joy. They promise their procurement manager will call but 4 days later nothing, they have given me Denny's direct line but it just cuts off. Delivery has still not happened 3weeks later even though i have paid in full. Many parents at the school are experiencing the same problem TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
