I had a simple enquiry and it turned out shocking. I would like to say how disgusted I am with your manners. To put the phone down while a client is still speaking to you! What cancellation request are you referring to, that I need to forward to Graig? Are you encouraging me to cancel my account? I am actually considering it after your impolite phone call! Apparently the cancellation line was added by mistake on the email as she typed 3 emails to different customers.
