PSPA is the supplier of Curro Private School clothing. They have recently undergone administrative changes to their systems due to expansion and I experienced a delay in receipt of an order (sizing incorrect). The lady in question visited my home within a day of my lodging a complaint to hear me out. She then personally delivered the replacement item of clothing, lifted my children home from school, left beautiful little orchids at home for me and followed up with an email enquiring whether all was in order. What an amazing lady - she is an asset to PSPA and Curro!!!
