Dissapointed with bad service received

Good day

This is in connection with my previous complaints about the same problem which is not yet resolved!

A lady by the name Jonaine called me last Tuesday to explain to me the ITC rules regarding my account. As edgars had initially overcharged my account. I will not explain myself over and over again!!!

I'm tired of calling edgars and receiving no assistance, Jonaine promised me that itc reports are updated every month on the 12th. My report still has not been updated and she promised to call me again last week together with her manager but until today none of that has happened.

I want Edgars to update my ITC report since my account is up to date, also i want edgars to send me a letter by no later than 14 May 2013 on my email [Email Removed] or alt [Email Removed]

If this is not done by tomorrow i will involve my lawyer.

And this is not a threat but my final warning!
