My original complaint stems from 23rd September 2013. Almost 1 calendar month later I am still waiting for feedback. What is this job creation with Edgars cause clearly no one can take responsibility for anything.
My on going reference is 2309130277/GO
Now APPARENTLY I am told oh your letter was sent but oops to the wrong email address. Why is it then that come month end you know my correct email cause I get my accounts no problem
Why did it take Edgars from 23-09-2013 till 11-10-2013 to change my details???
Why do the customer service reps phone me and say sorry but they cant send me proof of details being changed.
Clearly Edgars is too big and no longer give a dam about the clients.
I am tired of the empty promises cause NOTHING ever happens
Fatima don't bother too phone cause you too make promises but never follow through
If Edgars phone me I suggest you get TOP MANAGEMENT to phone cause honestly I am no longer interested
