I'm very dissapointed in Edgars more like frustrated..they making my life a living... the account is long paid up but my status with the credit bureau is still not updating. they very quick to place one under ITC but when they need to update the status they will make a person run around pillar to post not taking the responsibility to get this sorted, ive called the call center numerous of times they don't even know their job they all giving me different excuses.. referring me to itc, but trans Union says they have not received anything updated info from Edgars to say my acc has been fully paid up... im sick and tired of the run arounds someone better take the responsibility and update my STATUS with ITC.. as they settlement letter said its been REMOVED with credit bureau but still is NOT...
