On invoice 163 IIRC I bought 5 game cleaning kits and 1 disc care kit. But I didn't check my purchase, the sale was rung up incorrectly. On Saturday I checked my purchase and I had 2 disc care kits and only 4 game cleaning kits. They come in similar packages. Furthermore, one of the disc care kits was faulty, there was an item missing. I went to Makro yesterday to exchange the faulty disc care kit for a game cleaning kit, but was told I would only be refunded the price for a disc care kit, as the merchandise had to be present, which was ridiculous because if I had received the correct merchandise in the first place there would be no problem. The price difference was R20. I make it Makro owes me R20.
