I'm so ashamed of the service and bad treatment I got from this by the name of Donavan williams.it was the second time I got a bad attitude from him.first time it bothered me but I let it go.today 19 july 2013 I wanted to ask him about the ps3 disc and he ignored me like I'm invinsible then I got irritate I went to someone else for assistance, the guy was very friendly then him that I'm looking for a specific ps3 disc, then this guy went to donavan to ask him about that disc and he said its finished, which it was a cause I saw the disc.then this friendly guy came with a key and gave me da disc. I suggest that the manager must do something about that old man. I saw him twice in my life and on both occassions I expirience bad service, that is not the way to treat customers.plz do something, he must be desciplined!!!
