None compliant 1st Aid Kits

Good day
With regards to 1st aid boxes and replenish kits that I recently purchased from a Dischem store.
On the replenish kits and inside the complete 1st aid kits Dischem clearly makes notice of regulation 3 of the act regarding minimum contents of 1st aid kits. I paid just over R1600.00 for 4 replenish kits and 2 complete 1st aid boxes. I must say I was unpleasantly surprised when I noticed that not one of the kits complied with the regulation.
I would appreciate it if this matter can be handled and rectified please provide me with the contents that were supposed to be in these kits. If you make notice on the outside of the replenish kits "Content may vary" then you can say on the same box "in accordance with regulation 3 of act. This is inaccurate advertising and Dischem are failing in the regulation of the act.

I would appreciate an urgent response from you.
