MISSING PAYMENT TO BE TRACED

Hi, please need assistance with a payment that I made which was my fault. I made the payment into a paid up account I had with Joshua Doore Southgate Mall which also closed down and the acc it was paid into was also closed. I called Head Office and they referred me to the Commissioner Br. which I took the proof of payment to and they promised the were gonna investigate and get back to me that was in Feb 2013 and still nothing, I called them last month to check they said the payment has still not been traced but I shouldnt worry and they will get back to me. I called Head Office last week which referred me to their banking department and see if they could trace the payment, gave them the acc into which it was paid into and my acc no with them and they couldn't trace the payment, the person I spoke to said I should e-mail her the pop which I did on the 06/05/2013 and she also promised will come back to me, I called here again on the 08/05/2013 to inquire she said she is waiting on her Supervisor and will call me, I called her again today and cant get hold of her and sent her an e-mail to call me. Can someone please just assist and find my payment. Thanks
