Went to Game Festival Mall on Friday 01/02/2013 to buy the Prototype 2 PS3 game, got given the slip to first pay at a counter had to wait 25 minutes in a que as the cashier was extremely slow, customer in front of me had a query on a price took the so called Manager ten minutes to get to the till number 10. I finally paid and went to collect the game, upon walking out i open the cover of the game only to find out it was not inside the cover went back to fetch the disc and yet again extremely slow service, the lady in the safe took her time going through the folder to get the disc when she found the disc she pulled it out the folder and the disc fell on the desk on the side where the disc gets read by the PS3 she said nothing to me and just gave it to me. later the same day went to buy an office chair, the ad in the newspaper phamplet states the charges is R349.00, on the shelf in the store it says R399.00 and when i get to the till it says R499.00 really get your pricing right, someone tried to help fix the price but he just walking away to help a lady after me thinking with his other "Head'. Game Festival Mall is a horrible store to shop in.
