I bought a play station disc (ps2) i took empty covers on the shelves gave it to the consultant and he returned with the discs, went to the till and paid. only to find the the discs its wrong it doesn't play in my machine. i didn't play the disc simply bcos it doesn't play in my machine. unfortunately i was out of town and the slip was with me, i asked my wife to return the disc the store wanted a slip she explain that the person with a slip is not around so they refused to exchange it without a slip. i came back with a slip the store tells me that its more than 7 days they cant accept it. so i left the disc with the store. I've lost the money and no disc. thanks game for disgusting service.
