If you view my previous complaint, you will see that I did not receive any response for a month. After complaining I suddenly got some feedback with a promise that a replacement Leappad will be shipped on Friday the 10th of May 2013. And that a e-mail will be sent with the shipping details. Still no e-mail or Leappad. Really disappointing.
